What is the Walk for Unity?

The Lemon Tree Group’s  Walk for Unity  brings together people from different communities and backgrounds who do not usually meet, talk, and listen to one another . We encourage walkers to get to know each other in an effort to transcend differences through understanding. All are welcome!

Where is the Walk?

We will start at 4:30 PM at Congregation Har HaShem, 3950 Baseline Road in Boulder. Together we will walk next door to the Atonement Lutheran Church and proceed down Baseline Road to the Islamic Center of Boulder.   The Walk will continue to the Second Baptist Church of Boulder at 5300 Baseline Road.  Along the walk there will be music, water, snacks, and access to restrooms.  At each stop there will be a greeting from that community.  The Walk will end with music by the Gospel Choir of the Second Baptist Church . You can join us at any point along the path.
